We like recent graduates and others early in their property career - a lot! Why? Because our clients like you and are always wanting more. So we certainly have much to offer in the graduate property job field.
Graduates, particularly those who have just completed APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) and who are highly analytical are in great demand amongst major property advisory, property development, investment and property finance firms.
And we really don't want recent graduates to think that Prefio's only interested in referrers who are grey haired, long in the tooth and been around the block several times. As a recent graduate or early career surveyor your network may not yet be incredibly big, but you do probably know exactly the people that many of our clients are looking for - people at your stage of their career.
So we really do welcome property graduates and those early in their property career as referrers. Remember every successful referral generates a reward for you of normally £2,500.
